This website has no database, no analytics and no cookies, and it does not track you. The only information it handles is what you choose to type into the contact form.
What the site collects
Nothing is collected as you browse. There is no account to create and no tracking script. The calculators run entirely inside your browser; the figures you type are never transmitted and are gone when you close the tab.
The contact form
When you submit the contact form, the name, email address, phone number and message you entered are sent by the web server as an email to leslie@remaxhallmark.com. They are not written to any database or file on this website, and nothing is kept on the server once the email has been sent. From that point the message is an ordinary email between you and Leslie Ellen Scott.
The form also carries a hidden field and a timestamp, used only to recognise automated spam. Neither identifies you.
Server logs
As with any website, the hosting provider keeps standard web server logs, which typically record IP addresses, timestamps and the pages requested. Those are generated by the host rather than by this site, and are used only for security and troubleshooting.
Information you send directly
When you email, call or text Leslie Ellen Scott, the details you share are used to respond to you and to provide real estate services. They are not sold, traded, rented or exchanged. Records relating to a transaction may be retained as required by the Real Estate and Business Brokers Act and by RE/MAX Hallmark Realty Ltd., Brokerage.
Market figures
Neighbourhood market figures come from the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board's published Community Market Reports. They are aggregate statistics; no individual listing or sale is reproduced here.
